Delivery service is and always has been XCELhc's hallmark.  We know that the shipping and receiving process can be very time consuming and stressful. Because we started as a delivery service, we will always extend our high level of service through the delivery process. We deliver on our own trucks, using our own insured drivers, as much as possible. We make it easier by having deliveries brought into our customer's building and placed directly in the designated supply area. XCELhc drivers are committed to speeding up the check-in process by reviewing the order with the receiving employee prior to leaving to ensure complete accuracy and customer satisfaction. We understand that time is money, and the quicker an order can be put in stock, the quicker the employee can spend valuable time on other matters.

Should there ever be a need to return any product to XCELhc, a quick call to our customer service team will initiate a pick up and credit. On our next visit to a customer facility, our driver will make the pickup and return it to our warehouse, with customer credit to follow immediately. Our goal is to make the delivery process as seamless and painless as possible.

XCELhc ships nationwide and serves Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin with its own fleet of trucks and highly trained, uniformed drivers.
